Gewan Island

The project involves the development of Gewan Island; a mixed-use development located next to The Pearl-Qatar.  The development will spread over an area of 400,000 square meters. It will accommodate 3500 residents and 3000 daily visitors and includes 712 units, including 639 apartments, 41 waterfront villas (out of which 20 villas are standalone villas), 26 beachfront villas, 6 island villas, 11,000 square meters of retail space, and F&B space, a theme park, mosque,, and a boardwalk.
