New Centre of Gdańsk South

The Public-Private Partnership development of the multi purpose park, which includes offices, housing and commercial services. The area of the project is located in the key part of Gdansk Potudnie district (southern part of Gdansk, Poland), where approximately 114,000 people live. Gdansk itself is one of the key cities in Poland and a part of a larger urban organism called the Tricity (biggest agglomeration in Southern Baltic Area with over 1.6 million residents). Plots are located in one of the fastest developing residential area. In the future the area will open up thanks to the construction of PM (Pomeranian metropolitan railway) integrated with public transportation. It will give the variety of connection options to every part of the metropoltian area. Project value: approx. $373 million
