About this project
The cultivation of beef cattle project is an answer to the limited amount of beef available in the Indonesian market, especially in the eastern Indonesian region. This project has tremendous potential considering the large livestock population in the project location which has more than 400,000 head of cattle.  The project will be focussed on fattening, sloughtering, and marketing of frozen meat in one location. The fattening process will utilize cattle originating from cattle breeders in bone through a standard sloughtering and freezing process to maintain the health and quality of the meat produced.   This project also pays attention to social and environmental sustainability aspects with a zero waste concept through processing livestock waste and empowering the farming community around the project site which is in line with current international guidelines. The issue of methane gas and the creation of jobs and the availability of food is a focus to be maintained in the sustainability of this project.  This project will produce meat products with quality and lower prices, thereby promising maximum profits for investors.
